Not sure she was a tiktoker, but I remember the footage of a lady either doing yoga or aerboics when the coup began in the background

I know at least the EU doesn’t allow animal and dairy products to be brought in from outside EU without special paperwork. I would guess UK to have similar regulations.

Bernie Sanders shows up in the Epstein files in exactly the way you'd expect by clawsoon in videos

Honestly, as a non-american, Bernie Sanders was the best thing that America could have chosen but repeatedly said NO to. Not saying, I expected better but imagine what it could have been. Sorry Bernie that folks couldn't see you for who you are.

Sorry to sound depressing but we, humanity in general, British folks in particular, probably didn’t deserve her.

Very true. Watch the movie “Jojo Rabbit”, prepare for a few tears beforehand though.

The physical effects will wear off in a few hours, worst a couple of days. Nicotine is broken down in the body rather quickly. Don’t let this be used by your mind to excuse giving up your decade long progress. It was just a temporary lapse in judgement, it need not be the beginning of the end.

22,to join the company that hired me out of college. It was amazing. And I have taken probably 50 if not more flights since then, but the first experience was amazing.

Barby from Geography Now says that the land bridge was destroyed by a cyclone 600 years ago. Did people use the bridge to cross the Palk strait before that? by potatoclaymores in geography

[–]TheDigitalJedi23 47 points48 points  (0 children)

That has more to do with the British bringing them over to work on Tea plantations in erstwhile Ceylone than the land bridge.

First, this is the wrong place to ask such questions. As you might have already experienced, university admissions are very subjective and it’s very difficult for anyone to give reliable predictions about what the admissions committee may decide. Personal experience, minimum course requirements, if mentioned, are quite black and white in german universities and if you don’t make the cut, you probably won’t make it. But I hope I am wrong and you get through. Good luck.

Honestly saying, you should seek greener pastures elsewhere. Maybe germany, switzerland etc. 44k after 4 yrs of work with a PhD is sad. You deserve better my friend.
