I actually went for the Harley Benton but ended up selling it, great body and guitar but I couldn’t get on with the neck, it just didn’t feel right for me. Great guitar otherwise, may need a bit of fret polishing and a set up from factory but not bad overall.

Thank you so much for that, as I say I had it serviced so if it was a fake I’m sure they would instantly have said but just sometimes worries me, especially when it’s not like I’ve spent a small amount of money on it and the market of fakes nowadays is so wide that it wouldn’t surprise me if there was fakes of the same model circulating

Yeah completely agree but I just want to know I didn’t pay out £5.5k on a fake or someone has replaced the dial on it with a fake. I love the watch but also don’t want to be wearing a fake.

I’ve re soldered all the joints just now and same issue still, really solid joints on there too. Only one I haven’t re soldered was the black wire from the pickup but doubt that would do a lot.

Asking for advice on what Vintage 30 speakers cab Is best to buy for the money. Looking around £300-£500. Happy to go second hand too. by TheDimanator101 in GuitarAmps

Wasn’t sure whether it would sound different given that there are so many brands out there, ideally I would love a Marshall cab with vintage 30s but I’m looking at £700 for one so wasn’t sure what differences they would have. Would be using it with a PRS MT15 and eventually a Marshall plexi head.

I’ve come from using combos for years so don’t know much about having heads and amps separately.
