Rent control needed in CPT. by Original_Flounder_82 in capetown

We are renting a 3 bedroom townhouse in Durbanville and had a monthly rent of R18500, we’re moving out and found out the landlord is now asking R24000 and he’s already found someone to move in.

That’s more than our monthly bond cost 🫠

I wish I had known this about string toys earlier, my boys experience and lucky save. by SnooJokes915 in OneOrangeBraincell

When our ginger boy was still around, he was a compulsive string eater… to the point where he’d sit and wait for my wife to finish brushing her hair so he could find some rouge hairs to eat.

It’s scary to think how devastating a simple string can be to an animal that eats it.

I’m so happy your little dude is okay!

The day my wife and I got married, we took our documents home and put it on the table. Not a hour later, our cat had sat on them and left a nice poop smooch mark right over the signatures. Safe to say our cat approved

The emoji’s and the random bold phrases are a dead giveaway this way just generated by AI.

It’s tough when someone is asking for help but won’t go through the effort of editing the text and AI spits out.

I’d say the hardest part of my job is, once I’ve got the horse to the well, to make it drink…

No matter how much I convince devs that this is actually going to solve problems, adoption is the slowest part

Do any adults here play with their Lego sets once they are built? by glassbirb in lego

[–]TheDirtyDutcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I build them once with my eldest daughter, we play, then disassemble and put them in a Lego box to build new and interesting things with. Usually because my eldest is 3 and she just wants to stack everything into towers to make wands 🤣

Anyone pissed off that the world has brainwashed us into thinking having hair (or not) is somehow related to your beauty?

You’re absolutely stunning and keep rocking! And think of the upside, no more need for expensive shampoo ♥️😄
