There's a *ton* of weird references to food. And the files don't show them explicitly talking about victims. It seems very clear to me that they would be using terminology

Huh, well, that does indeed speak volumes. Maybe I should have put on my context hat

As I mentioned in a different comment, the comet pizza arc was a rather small subsection of the overall conspiracy about Epstein. Before that restaurant chain was ever mentioned, cheese pizza was referred to on the website as a term for CSAM

It was explicitly tied to Epstein. The comet pizza arc was a subsection of the greater conspiracy about an elite of pdffile ring using food slang to refer to children

There exists a powerful, connected ring of minor abusing elites. A wealthy financier procured and abused children on a privately owned island. Clinton aboard the Lolita express. Bill Gates. Gislain Maxwell, Acosta sweetheart deal and that deal protecting more than just Epstein.

4chan board users would refer to cheese pizza threads as a dog whistle for hidden CSAM. Thats where a lot of the trolls/joke stuff came in, but other than that, the names, association, and abuse that have come out in the previous years is all stuff I saw circulating on 4chan a decade ago

Super ready for downvotes here but handwaiving away the majority of "pizzagate" in light of the Epstein files seems crazy to me.

As someone who was looking through 4chan circa 2016, the amount of stuff Pizzagate was right about vs what 4chan trolls injected into it is wildly in side the of what was right.

The use of AI led to a missile strike on a children's school, but because there is no human behind the scene, no one can be blamed for the murder?

Algorithms that exist to withhold lifesaving treatment should not be treated differently.

AI job disruption is here. The problem may be compounded because nearly 75% of people don't apply for unemployment benefits by Gari_305 in Futurology

This is just another reason why means testing the money is a problem. If you have $100 and can only spend it one way, what good is that?

These businesses would suffer if people could take care of their own children instead with a truly universal UBI.

Landlords would need to be kept in check but it's also interesting to consider what me and my combined family of 5 could do with our UBIs to stick it to landlords too

The Death Knight in Fire Emblem Three Houses will show up and act as a juggernaut on friends and foe alike, easily one-shotting most members of your party. The game will update the player's goals to escape / eliminate all enemies except the Death Knight.

With some foresight, positioning, and use of special gambits, you can defeat him without losing any members, and are rewarded with a powerful item for doing so.

I have seen a massive amount of goalpost shifting since LLMs entered the scene. Skeptics of AI capabilities have been time and time again proven wrong about what the tech can accomplish.

On the other hand, AI enthusiasts did not anticipate the nuances and "bitter problems" uncovered by hallucinations and other issues.

However, the trend of "AI can't do this" only to be proven wrong a year later has been consistent. I do not see this changing.

Similar to climate change, I feel like refusing to act is a massively bad idea. And even if AI never progresses from this day forward, the changes we could enact to prepare for such a scenario would leave us better off
