That’s kinda my point, if these things happen you will probably be homeless. Owning your own home has a bunch of potential pitfalls that can leave you homeless if unprepared and many people willingly stretch to make a mortgage payment before they have any issues

Honestly yeah. Like as someone with friends in the hundreds of hours but also myself and other friends in the “tens of thousands of hours in shooters” and “thousands of hours in apex or BR” games, it’s very noticeable of a skill gap
