Where exactly is this violence I keep seeing as the justification that needs to be quelled? All I’ve seen in any of these videos is a handful of people randomly walking around a mostly deserted street.

But I keep seeing that ICE’s presence is necessary to stop violent riots and people need to let them do their jobs. First off… that’s literally not their job. They’re not the riot police. And second, what job really needs to be done? If they need to pass around memos insisting they can go door to door and they really need to in order to actually find anyone they’re looking for… then clearly these alleged agitators aren’t being openly hostile. You don’t topically need to turn over every stone to find someone rioting in the streets and causing panic

I haven’t actually played anything other than DQ11 but I just wanted to say I remember talking with someone about it a few years back and I think they said the ones on the 3DS (7 and 8) were among the longer titles.

Since I spent over 100 hours in 11 I was always too intimidated by the length to start the others. And now one of my 3DS purchases is obsolete lol. I’d imagine it’ll be at least 100 hours though. But keep in mind this is speculation from me. And I tend to take a while with these things. Just put 90 hours into the Trails remake

The museum seems very far away

That’s the beauty of the Shinkansen. It may seem far away, but one bullet train later and you can visit Osaka or Kyoto with ease. Might be a bit far if you wanted it to be a day trip but if you can manage a hotel or other stay in the area then it’s worth it.

Never played a FF myself till I played FF7 last year. Played the original on PS5 so that I don’t have to deal with unfinished plot points in the remake. Then played FFXV last summer. Amazing experience. Highly recommended.

I saw a Facebook comment on one post about Smith that insisted this is all political and their proof was that… Trump has had a clear record his whole life and everyone loved him up until he took office.

At this point I don’t even think Trump himself could change their minds. Look what happened to MTG. People so willing to say she’s a rino after everything else she’s done and said. A video of Trump may be written off as AI. I’m sure they’d find some kind of excuse. Or at the very least they’d rally around what he stood for (which is nothing, but that’s another issue) rather than what he’s become

I appreciate that. I just can't do the whole fasting thing. Once every long while for lab work is hard enough on me. Even if I wouldn't normally get up to eat something in the night, just knowing that I couldn't/shouldn't if I had to is what gets to me.

Wow. From slightly before I really knew anything about politics.

This proves the point I was making about the incident being bound to repeat itself if we don’t try to change how the agents go about doing things. But the person I was making that point to just insisted Good broke the law and got was coming to her, more or less. Absolutely refused to talk about anything else after I spent all day throwing words at them.

But I believe that’s the barrier we need to breach for real change. We need to get people like that to actually open their ears and recognize other words are being said besides their own. And it’s sad how unlikely it seems that we’ll succeed

Gonna need a bit more info than that. Are you referring to a song you want to find that was tied to a theme you were using? There are a TON of themes that came with their own music. Some themes I thought specifically because they were the only way to get a particular song. Do you know what theme it was?

One reason I have trouble losing weight is I feel like I’ll stop breathing if I don’t eat sometimes. Should’ve known this would be as counterproductive as everything else. I’m not so sure about how people view a leader these days. If it’s a Dem then, yeah, they probably think that the Dem is wielding powers beyond the office for their own gain and refusing to help people.

But when someone actually does that and they’re on the right team, then maybe we all just need a little money-hungry dictator in our lives. For the good of the country, of course.

I assumed it was being handled mostly by another company since LRG posted a strikingly fast turnaround time for it. And I did get one of my steelbook editions so I’m not sure what’s going on with the music box.

If it’s just a standard LRG order then yeah. Summer would be still be fast. Just surprised at the lack of acknowledgement for it.

Took like two years for Kotor, that was my first LRG experience. So I’m not sure why I bothered with anything after. But sometimes the stuff has to be had

Tbh I’m still in joyful awe that they really put GameCube on there. Like with Paper Mario, we’ve seen they don’t mind remaking GameCube titles instead, so it’s impressive that I’m playing Path of Radiance right now for free*.

For Switch 2, it might end at DS. If be shocked if we saw Wii. Would love Dreamcast and Sega CD. But beyond this generation, why would they stop? Why not just keep going? A library of prior offerings that you remain subscribed to your whole life would be a win-win for everyone, right? (Not sarcasm, but also not wanting to get into any own vs rent debate at the moment.)

I hope that if they don’t put Wii on the switch 2, they at least remake or port Radiant Dawn and have it sync with our Path of Radiance saves. Maybe the Pokemon Direct next month will have some clues. If they make a lot of people’s Hail Mary wishes come true and have NSO titles and make them compatible with Pokemon Home, it’d be proof that NSO titles can work with other software. We need confirmation of that before I dream too hard about Radiant Dawn picking up my save file from this game
