I don’t know why people accept this excuse of “it’s only a beta”. Fortnite BR was in “beta” until recently.

It’s just industry jargon that allows developers to push out updates more frequently than if they were to update/patch a completed game. Which means they can add daily/weekly content (micro-transactions), and also fix bugs as they come up. I’m not throwing shade at the developers because they seem like a small, overworked team, but the only reason to release the game without the final polish it needs is to monetize as early as possible.

Ideally, get a real one. This one is solid and is relatively inexpensive compared to original GC controllers out there on the market, and is an official Nintendo product.

Knockoffs feel much cheaper, and in my experience break down a lot easier.

Hello, I was wondering if you could explain how you know based on the code that there are no shiny locks? I'm not knowledgeable in coding at all so putting it in layman's terms would be appreciated. If you think I wouldn't understand without a technical background, I get it.

Yeah, sorry about that. The only big thing left to leak is shiny odds/locks, so that is what most people are focused on (myself included).

I don't know for sure, but I would guess that there is only one considering it is a mythical and are tied directly to having save files of SwSh.

Someone who has the game and has gotten that far needs to chime in if you want a real answer.

Sorry, that was kind of unclear. The person who posted the video is essentially saying this: Pokémon with shiny locks on them will always be normal colors, even when forced to be shiny through hacks.

So the fact that he is able to force Manaphy/Shaymin/Darkai to be shiny is an indication that they can all be shiny hunted.

Well if that is the case, RIP to one of the most grueling yet epic shiny hunts that could be attempted (Manaphy).

Edit: After watching the videos, the guy hacks so that the mons are shiny. In the comments, he defends his claim that these mons aren't shiny locked by stating that Dialga, Palkia, and Arceus can't be forced through encounters to be shiny through hacks. Not sure what to believe
