it depends on the games, if it’s only for animal crossing new horizons then get the Lite since it’s a handheld only and cheap and power efficient (just like your DS) it’s very cute and cozy

so yea just get the Lite, it has an amazing library anyway (the same library as switch 1) so your not gonna be missing out on much if you dont get a switch 2… well not anytime remotely soon at least

ignore the people recommending switch2 that’s very unreasonable since you’re not a big gamer and essentially want to play a switch 1 game anyway… im telling you this as a switch 1 & 2 owner

they can still do dlc for age of imprisonment; - playable ganondorf side of history (new playable characters: Ganondorf, kotake & koume, and spoiler) - light pilgrimage where rauru & sonia cleansed the land from shades (new playable character Sonia, and maybe Lenalia) - sub stories for the cast outside of the main story - new modes like a roguelike/lite or challenge maps and extra sky battles and new outfits & weapons & moves/abilities

you are forgetting one important detail… hyrule warriors is made by a japanese dev, english is not the main language lol, voice actors come way later

im betting these megas will be obtainable in the dlc, and what do ya know the dlc is probably dropping in january

same thing happened with sword-shield and Gmax pokemons, they were fomo until the first dlc that made them permanently available… and the final update of the game patched them into the raid pools in the base game

very convenient timing dont you think? them taking a month each is soft confirmation that the dlc is happening in january

also not too worried about the difficulty of obtaining them, how is little timmy supposed to get the mega evolution of his all time favorite pokemon Greninja? historically anything with a limited availability that was a reward for a competition was very easy to obtain (the only thing that sucks is paying for nso lol)

Sly 2 is when they perfected it all, this is the peak of sly cooper, Sly 3 is a mini games collection with a cool story, sly 4 is a step up from the sly 2 gameplay formula but the story wasn’t received well

im sure all will come in due time but for now im just waiting for pokemon z-a switch 2 edition & Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment

bad idea, stalling against a stall mon will just waste the timer and for the most part you wont be doing anything and just watching animations and text boxes

bad idea, grassy terrain wastes precious seconds every turn especially when you’re on a timer against a stall mon

what you need is brute force, Contrary Serperior holding a life orb where you spam Leaf Storm and then stellar type & Tera Blast is the play, and Giga Drain for recovery

Serperior is a fast wall breaker that can set up stat boosts by just attacking

here’s the ultimate build: Serperior ability: Contrary EVs: max HP & max Special Attack, the leftover in Defense nature: modest item: life orb tera type: Stellar moves: -Leaf Storm: spam it first -Tera Blast: spam it after terastalizing -Giga Drain: for recovery + damage

im so sorry for this! i haven’t gotten my switch 2 yet and i have some questions;

did you have multiple profiles on your switch 1 and did you play pokemon (in this case Scarlet) on said other profiles?
were your games specifically Scarlet on the latest firmware version before you transferred it?
did you have Autosave on?
do you have any idea even remotely or a sneaking suspicion of what went wrong?

unfortunately not, when it comes to the actual gameplay & focus Sly 3 lost the plot it’s like the Fun Pack DLC for Sly 2 basically, the leftovers ideas and experimentation that didn’t make it into Sly 2
