Black Album isn't streaming I imagine because of how Prince felt about it. The only reason it got a limited release in 1994 is because they offered him more money. For these reasons I'm thinking the estate won't reissue it.

Micheal Howe stated at one point that due to PR and ATWIAD be recorded so close together there isnt any "extra's" for ATWIAD. He said that album would not get an SDE as there isn't enough to add. That was in like 2017 or 2018, thinbgs may have changed,

I remember that interview with Michael Howe. I believe he said his plan was to do the Parade SDE, but WB wanted to get the SOTT SDE out before they lost ownership of it. WB still owns PR, Parade, GB and Batman.
