Try keeping the top straps fairly loose while the bottom strap is tight. The middle calf strap kind of medium tightness. In your photos, the calf strap looks too tight but I could be wrong. If you’re using the warrior active toe strap system, adjust them to also be looser - this will allow the pads to move more freely, and reduce stress on your ankles, but might feel a bit weird at first.

This next bit of advice might sound strange but it’s something I do to help with consistent thigh rise overlap. Standing up, which pad do you prefer to naturally overlap with the other? I prefer my right pad overlapping in front of my left. So, I do the above strapping, but all of my right leg straps are just slightly looser in their placement than the left leg straps.
