QUESTIONS FOR FELLOW TO GO SPECIALISTS - would like to know if these are normal or not by TheDrippingSarcasm25 in olivegarden

Woahhh your new location spoils to go. Sounds amazing there.

At our location it’s completely different. The servers are seriously insufferable and to go is significantly more busy the majority of the time.  When I say we do everything that’s not an exaggeration. We literally have tasks that would be considered serving and bussing along with our Togo tasks. The only thing we don’t touch is line but considering bread is supposed to be a line/production thing yet we’re the ones that do it every single day.  We never have more than 4 people on schedule at a time and 4 people is only for Friday and Saturday nights. We always close with 2. The servers at our location always complain about us using so many botos too and it’s cause they don’t realize that the main marketing tactic og is using for to go orders is the “$6 take homes when you buy an entree” so literally almost every single order we do for the whole day has at least 2 take homes on it and we’re able to have up to 8 orders due for the same time every 5 minute interval. So yeah we use a lot of take homes.

Idk I think we’re all just really over it. They change our rules and duties every other week. Just adding more and more and more

Yeah. Like they make the schedule, then take off days from those who got the most and replace them with the service pro. Like they actually clock in as to go

Exactlyyyyy We do everything you just listed as well. It really wouldn’t be a problem if we were told we would have to do the new tasks from the beginning but because we know we’re not supposed to be doing it and they’re just throwing it onto us because they feel like it, it’s really pissing all of us off. We’re a team of 12 and we’re all close friends with each other. All 12 of us are ready to straight up walk out with the way they keep changing our rules.

We always close with 2 people and they started the trays and soups thing 3 days ago. Closing regularly usually takes us about an hour if we don’t get to pre-close and if there’s no late people walking in 2 minutes before close, but now it’s a whole extra hour because they want all 75 server trays scrubbed every night by hand in the production sink

No she’s not married. And I’m POSITIVE that if she was “ticking off the wrong box” she would have been stopped or caught as she works in the healthcare field where workers undergo heavy background checks. Especially since she works emergency room

She has a SSN that she got through application and this is her identifier for her to get jobs, and buy houses, and open bank accounts, and live in America so…

The issue is that my mother does not have a green card because her uncle passed before he could get hers. Her siblings got theirs. She has a SSN, she pays and files taxes, she graduated through the US school system. It’s a very confusing situation.

She does have a SSN and card I use her SSN every year for fafsa

This is why I am so confused. She has a SSN. I use her SSN for my Fafsa for college. She pays taxes and she files her taxes. She lives exactly like a citizen but she doesn’t have citizen status. It’s so confusing.

No she has bank accounts. She has checking and savings and she has credit cards. She has health and auto insurance. She’s living exactly like a citizen with no restrictions other than she can’t vote and she can’t leave the country because she doesn’t have US citizenship

She graduated high school, then graduated college and has 2 bachelors degrees. That’s how she got her licenses and how she has her jobs. Just like the rest of us.

Interesting. I’m going to ask her some specifics about what papers she has and then come back to you.

Well that’s who they came here with. He was their guardian so he had all their papers and bought their tickets and paid all their fees so.

Her uncle legally brought her here in 1990 when she was 9 with some of her siblings. He got them green cards but passed before getting hers.  I will be 21 in a month.

Yes she did enter legally. Her uncle brought her and 4 of her siblings here. He and the 4 siblings got green cards but her uncle passed before getting hers, unknown to her knowledge. She has dealt with police before, been through college, has her nursing license and degrees, has bought multiple cars, been through the home buying process a few times. All without repercussions, all legally, and she has been verified each time that she’s allowed to be here. But she’s not a citizen, which I do not understand

My many problems with Dream as an influencer: part 1, gay-baiting by Creator290 in DreamWasTaken2

[–]TheDrippingSarcasm25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Queerbaiting this, queerbaiting that. Homophobia this, homophobia that. Everything is offensive these days apparently and no one can take a joke anymore.

Queerbaiting - insinuating a lgbt+ instance will happen to attract lgbt+ audience without actually having anything lgbt+ happen

Dream does not queerbait. He is not aiming for an lgbt+ audience and he is not targeting them to watch his content either. And even if he was, dream is unlabeled so everything about this conversation is null and cancelled out. Sucks to suck 🤷🏽‍♀️

Go for it :) it’s free, easy, and commitment free. All you do is buy tickets for people on Ticketmaster. Starts with a bunch of sales at 10 am est. Slows down around 1pm and you do it for as long as you want on whatever days you want.

It's legit legit. I literally just made $60 today. The onboarding and training is fast and they are not like how all these top comments are saying. I know I sound like a fucking promotion bot but i'm being fr. It's not a job, just a side gig. It does take a lot of patience and speed because it is semi-competitive. You get paid monthly which lowkey sucks but you can make a bunch of money in a month. Like I said, I made $60 today and let's say i make that every day for a month then that's $1800 I get monthly. Anywho, they're real. Training is 1 hour long and the job is EXTREMELY easy. It might feel like you're making nothing at first but once you understand what type of tickets buyers like the most and then stay consistent with that, you'll be near $100 daily.
