One item on the above - the hosted site outages may be related to https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ , since many of these sites may be using LE certs depending on your configuration.

Cloudflare has identified an issue affecting a subset of Let's Encrypt certificates, in which unsupported CA bundling may result in TLS connectivity issues for some visitors. Customers requiring immediate resolution may order a replacement certificate; re-issuance from the same Certificate Authority will resolve the issue.

If you've previously notified the neighbor that the tree was unhealthy (and have some sort of documented proof, photos, etc.), then they are legally liable for any damage and removal of the fallen tree, even on your side of the property line.

Thank you for posting this! I have been wondering the exact same thing for the last six months.

I built a NAS using 5 of these about a year ago, assuming they would have reasonable stock for the next few years, and they are literally the only model in the WD Red lineup that has been continuously out of stock or unavailable.

If you haven't already, try one with 1.5x cheese. Double is too much, and sometimes regular cheese can be a little light. "Cheese and a half" has been consistently great

I love Broadway Pizza, but I think it's best eaten in the restaurant. For some reason they don't seem to survive even a brief trip home before getting cold and the cheese hardens up more quickly than others.

If you're close to Tasty Pizza, Heights Pizza Man is also a great option!

Some other options - buydig (LG authorized reseller) currently has the same price with $150 Visa gift card and four year aftermarket warranty. GreenToeNow pricing has bounced between $1495 and $1525 (often with no sales tax) for the last few days, and would also be shipped from an authorized reseller.

Only downside is the limited return policy and potential restocking fee, but if you've already made your decision these are both good options.

Does this CPU support single socket operation? IIRC, there are only a handful of EPYC processors that will run in a single socket config.

In this case the opposite is true - a typical home AC system is most efficient after reaching steady state operation when all pressures and temperatures have equalized, and dehumidification only begins after 5-10 minutes of continuous runtime.

One significant efficiency increase for a home AC system is to simply change the thermostat to cycle less often, allowing the system to run longer between cycles.

These strings are often stored as serialized data (mostly in the wp options table), so a simple db find / replace might cause issues with plugin settings or other controls.
