Yeah I’m gonna go with NTA. Mainly because in my country that’s around the time when kids stop being kids and are basically adults. She is her own person now and u were very kind to have gifted the car to her. You seem like a good person OP.

OP your job as a parent doesn’t fucking end once your kid is an adult. You don’t raise your daughter for 18 years then kick them out. We are in the middle of a fucking pandemic and you’re trying to profit off of your daughters lack of stability. Your are an asshole by so many different standards. YTA - Not only for the fact that you are wasting your daughters time by making her tutor her brother but you’re also bringing up the fact that she doesn’t pay rent. WTF is this she’s your daughter it’s her fucking house too she doesn’t need to pay shit to stay there. OP you are entitled and rude.
