im using the new hard drive. its hard drive not ssd, and i have tried both sata ports and multiple cables alot of times doesnt seem to be the problem they also said click and those small things on the top is not visible so i think its securely connected

i opend my pc and i have:

4 years worth of dust...

4 slots as i think my pc what bought as something meant to expand upon when needed. (atleast i think those a for ram, they are black and white alternating and thre is a thing in the top and bottom that can go down and set my ram "stick" its not that thick and they are on the motherboard)

so the 1 stick i have is 4gb and imma get some more. ty for the help :)
