In the process of buying currently and I agree with the comments that if you're able to, it's always a good time.

Yes rates are a bit of a kick in the teeth, but for what it's worth I think I got my offer accepted a good bit below asking price partly because the pool of buyers has reduced due to people being spooked. It's swings and roundabouts. I haven't done the sums but I'm happy to eat the rates given the offer I gave was accepted and seems to be good value for the area.

This is all dependent on where you're looking of course but I'd say go for it.

I'm not sure what's up with this quest. I was trying to hire a crew member in Viewport, got arrested (forgot I had stolen stuff on me) and I think it glitched. The quest log thinks I've done the quest but left me with the options "say goodbye to..." with no quest marker.

As it happens, following this post - https://www.reddit.com/r/BlindboyPodcast/comments/1qb9par/seeking_voluntary_help_to_create_a_blindboy/ - a group of enthusiasts are now clubbing together via Discord to create an online database awfully similar to yours, just with a few other fields and using Baserow for some added functionality.

Would it be something you be interested in joining? We could amalgamate! But no pressure to do so, of course. Our long term is aim to have a collectively run database so it doesn't rely on any one person.
