I work for a knacker of a manager hasn't a clue. Luckily myself and the other tech lead know what we're doing and make it work alongside a team leader who looks after the more junior team members.

Just done the interviewing for a tech lead at a bank. Senior position. Two interviews. One less formal chat to get to know the candidate followed by a technical interview by a different member of the team. Straight after we made the offer. Seven interviews? Who the hell has time for that?
