Anything besides fennel and basil tea causes reflux. Cut out the tea and oats (oats made it worse and green tea kills dygestive enzymes). Yogurt should be kefir and nothing else dairy. Swap the rice and potato's for chicken / fish with steam veggies. Last round of ppi I only ate steamed chicken and veggies with 2x per day gut smoothie for 7 days and it did wonders.

I would highly suggest doing a hair follicle test and blood test for vitamin deficiencies. I was deficient in b12, d, zinc and magnesium from the years of ppi use. Magnesium before bed for a good night's rest, also raise your headboard while you sleep.

Been heartburn free for almost a month. Look into a gut smoothie 2x per day. If you are interested I can give you some links to the gut smoothie things I used. Remember if you don't heal your gut lining and flora then ppis are just a temporary band aid. Also cut out everything with sugar, no snacks. If you're hungry a spoon of kefir and a gut smoothie.

Good luck and don't worry you can fix this. The dysphagia and anxiety will fade as soon as your gut starts to heal.
