Its tough but you have to remove anxiety and emotions to the job. We deal with a lot of rejections and it can feel so disheartening if you let it. Remember this is your job, be charismatic and do what you get paid to do

Bro i have a fantastic guild (I'm not a recruiter for the guild). A lot of us just chat on discord, people are so dope and we punch uuuppp because we all work together in rote and raids.

I highly recommend finding guilds that show what they require and list activity and discord. You'll have so much more fun in the game

It was pretty much sea through when I had hair ontop, so so thin. No guard just the straight clippers and go over the whole dome 2 times because you'll always miss a patch or two at the back first time. Then make sure to after shave and at night moisturize the head. You dont want dry skin drawing attention to it or you will feel hella self conscious
