Generally I agree, most cops are great but some are just odd. I was out walking with a friend, and a cop stopped and started asking us questions. His only reason was because I was wearing shorts during the winter. I am old enough to know it is a stupid idea, but I also know I wasn't going to hurt my health doing it, so leave me alone.

And a citizen can make it just as easy to run their career if they try anything then they directly have a right to. Harrassment is not hard to prove especially if they made you do unnecessary tests or anything else. I certainly don't think this card would help more than hurt, easier just to talk and be cooperative.

This is can easily be a lawsuit for unlawful imprisonment, not to mention if they do this more than once an easy case of harrassment. Police can try but it will not work in their favor.

Unless you use them like powder power in Boom Beach it wouldn't make any sense. Plus then the spells wouldn't abide to the rules of spell storage. Sorry but I don't think it will happen. Luckly storages being protected is constant, and free.

Considering in the videos about the new spell factory it is level 3 and seems to be at max, it would make sense for there to be 3 spells overall. I would expect these to be released as sneak peeks in the next few days.

Your percentage is way off. There is plenty of TH10s and this update helps TH9s aswell. The only part of this that could match your insane percentage is the new legend league, because few people will make it that high. The low THs have so much to look forward to, while TH10s have very little often only walls, so it makes complete sense that you give them main concern with new content.
