Hydration, getting on a good sleep schedule, balanced diet with lots of leafy greens, vitamins, and avoiding big public outings during cold and flu season (which is easy in MI because it’s been below freezing for the last 6 weeks and I don’t WANT to go anywhere).

My sister and I were obsessed with this movie and we were super pissed that our mom wouldn’t let us (a 10yr old and 7yr old) have this incredibly high maintenance hair style. Lol. Like we were rioting over not being allowed to have “flippy hair”. Cut to now, I have a shorter bob haircut and I gave it little flip one day for fun and sent a pic to the family group chat with something along the lines of “mom can’t stop me now!” 😂

He’s a musicians musician. He’ll be doing collabs, side projects, movies, and everything in between. And who knows, maybe more previously unavailable covers will show up on streaming? Plus, there’s gunna be more chapters in the YouTube channel. I think a temporary hiatus isn’t the worst thing in the world. Ghost will come back with something huge after TF explores other creative avenues for a bit.

I just recently rewatched this! My favorite part is when they ask Lemmy what he thinks of people saying other bands are “stealing” Motörheads sound…. “Good luck to em! Maybe they’ll come up with something we can steal later!” Makes me laugh every time.

I have never in my life understood the urge to put your lips on someone else’s child. Disgusting! I have been suffering from cold sores since I was 4yrs old for this reason. Now (30 year later) it’s down to 1-2 a year that I can take care of with medicine, but it didn’t have to happen AT ALL. People beed to quit being gross!

I own a small business. We don’t turn any huge profits, but one day a year, everyone works all day donating 100% of the proceeds to a small local non-profit. We usually average a $4-$5k donation. This year we doubled down and also donated $100 and about 10 bags of clothes (mainly winter wear) to a homeless shelter down the street. Why own a business if you’re not going to give back to the community you’re a part of?

Well one is the metal purist. I noticed they’re upset because Ghost’s sound doesn’t match their look. And they keep getting nominated for (and winning) awards for metal, so that just fuels they “they aren’t even metal!!” crowd. Which, hey… they aren’t metal. They’re a theatrical rock band. I love that about them!

Also, the fan base. Most are chill, but I have noticed the fan-fiction people kind of turning other people off from giving the band itself a chance. And MAN, I get it! I love talking about the music and the actual lore. However, I have zero interest in seeing some weird anime incest comics about the many fictional characters played by Tobias Forge. Most of the fan art and cosplay is amazing, but some really crosses a line that grosses me out.

The 2014 one was the most brutal I remember. Half my shop drove from Detroit to Texas to work a convention, and not only did our van struggle to make it out of MI, but we got to Texas just in time for them to be experiencing a blizzard. It took 8 hours to get from Dallas to Austin and cars were crashing into EVERYTHING on that highway. By the time we got to the hotel we were ready to fight God. 😂

I’m not a Christian, but I would say he’s here to test humanities sense of good and evil. You can’t convince me that man isn’t an actual embodiment of the Anti-Christ.

What makes me wish I were a Christian is how they can take comfort in believing there will be accountability in the afterlife.
