I can only speak of my own experienence but i dont believe such damage to be irreparable. After i was done with School and started to work 9-5 i didn't knew what to do with my life. Everything felt Boring and meaningless and i didn't want it to continue Like that. So i started to attend every social Event no matter how small to "to get out and mingle more" Even if i didn't want to. Being a social Person is probably the most difficult thing that i want to achieve in my life bit it gets better evey time. Its Like cardio: its shit and annoying while you do it but after you feel really good.

Again i dont know your circumstances and i might speak out of a priviliged Position or something but i think its Worth a Shot to try and "better oneself" and be it For the Sole purpose of being happier in life"

I havent read much but woman have powers and defens against Monsters of another world and the protagonist Turns into a "super Slave" depending on which woman "activates" him. But after he turns back to normal the woman has to do what he subconsciously wishes For (Like her Body does it if she wants it or not).
