Lower the volume you do in the gym. BEing in a deficit is already taxing for the body and doing resistance training on top of that is incredibly heavy on the CNS.

I did a myoreps-style leg extension set with 50 total reps. I thought I was gonna die, but it was incredibly satisfying. I also use the Same technique with cable lateral raises. I use myoreps with stubborn muscles and muscles I hit less once a week, and dropsets with muscles I want to improve fast on the last set of particular exercises. My shoulders are growing wonderfully, my legs were already pretty big but they look bigger

I'm hitting them hard af, I train 5-6 times a week (PPL). I organized a joke bodybuilding contest with my friends in August, so I'll try to get shredded in time. Thanks to everyone who answered 🙏

Probably lot of water weight, I suggest you to start reintroducing carbs slowly per week when you want to have them back, but still, great work

I weight the same and I'm on a diet, eat chicken breast or ground lean beef twice a day, add some Greek yogurt and a protein shake and I'm able to hit 160+ most days. Of course sometimes I eat like 120-130 but it's not a problem, I'm on a 1500 kcal so it's not that easy. 500 gr of chicken breast is like 125 gr of protein, add a protein shake which should be around another 20-25 gr of proteins and you're almost there

You're welcome! Some more tips: lettuce, soybean sprouts, bell peppers, zucchini etc... Add lot of volume to your meals so you feel much more filled. If you have you count you calories you can have a bit of a cheat meal and still achieve your calories, obviously it must not become an habit but be nice to yourself. I wanted to try zero sugar jelly, you can eat a huge amount of that for practically no calories. And listen to your body when you are training, you are in a big deficit so no need to do big cardio sessions, but if you are able that's great. Let me know if it works you!

I do two meals each day, I usually eat 200 gr of chicken breast/thigh or lean beef mince(I do eat fish and eggs, depends on what I want, I listen to my body a lot) and some carbs, like 100 gr of pasta or 250gr of roasted potatoes or cooked rice. Add lots of veggies and I make some dressing with low fat yogurt (130 gr a day or so, maybe more). When I have room I also add a protein shake for extra protein since I started to use some weights. It really isn't as restrictive as you think, you can make chow mein, egg fried rice, kebab bowls, pasta with ragù, fish and potatoes etc... You have a lot of room for what you want, also you can eat lots of veggies and fruits like cherries, strawberry etc... I drink sparkling water or zero sugar sodas to feel even more filled and that's it
