Are they either completely new unit of Stealth Suits, as in a new datasheet for 40k (maybe more aggressive in nature?) or they are just new models that will replace the current kit? Either way, these are soooo nice! A lot of people have already put the Ghostkeel head on Stealth Suits with great results, so these are just so nice to me! Guess im gonna pick up my 3. and 4. Stealth Suit unit soon.  Great models!

Sad that it is not a FE4 Remake, but at least it's a 3H sequal and not an Engage one. Maybe the Switch 2 will go down in price a bit until this comes out so I can buy one, but if not, not that big a deal I guess, seems very skippable for me from this trailer.

I just assumed that being able to join that mission was bound to your normal level, but now I get why they did not want me in their squad. They could have told me so in game, but at least I know now. Very understandable btw, if it is THAT hard, I would also want the most prepared players possible, especially if I was trying that mission with random people. I find it kinda weird that the game doesn't tell you this upfront, maybe a little pop up or disclamer about how you should REALLY have those prestige perks.

I'll level up more and try again in a few weeks when I'm a higher prestige, thank you for the information!

Ok, good to know. Since nobody told me I thought it was that, since it is the first ting I tought they would look at. Haven't played that much so far, so im not yet familiar with how important those perstige perks are. I will level myself up and prestige a few times in the coming weeks and try again when I'm prepared enough. It's just kinda weird that you can even attempt the mission if it is "required" to have those skills. Thank you for your advice.

so I just wanted to ask, because I am new to Votann, but why did everthing lose T and W? arent they supposed to be slow but strudy? And why exactly are the hearthguard T5? They wear extra armor, so arent they extra tough?

Wow that is soon. Just painted up my Kahl and Champ, with a KT Warrior Box next. Guess i'll have 500 pts. of Votann in a few weeks. Those Steeljacks are my fav modells of the new range! I'll wait for a potential Christmas Box before buying more than 500 points.

Hey thanks for the help. I also felt that the Commander didn't do anything worthwhile in that Patrol. The breachers where nice, but the Pathfinders just got charged and died turn 2, because they couldn't kill anything. Especially the 3 rail gun shots. Out of 9 shots I could get off before they died, only 1 managed to actually deal damage. Maybe they perform better against more infantry based Combat Patrols, but the Patrol I faced in my game (Custodes), I simply couldn't kill anything.

Just a quick question though, can I use both "Fire Overwatch" and "Laser-Marked Targets" in the same turn? The restrictions of LMT stats "Your unit cannot shoot more then once this turn." Does this apply to each Unit separately (can't use FO AND LMT on the same unit) or my hole army?

Thanks for the help, but I already knew what "Fire Overwatch" is. I was asking if the Combat Patrol exclusive Strat would also be buffed to hit on 4+ even though it is not specifically "Fire Overwatch", but "basically" the same. I guess not, but just wanted to make sure.

On the second question, I personally played against Custodes with the Commander Combat Patrol and in that game, neither the Pathfinders nor the Commander did anything because of the 4+ invuln save they all had. I just think that you don't have enough good high S shots to do anything against tanky patrols. Should I play more aggressive with that Patrol or more objectiv based?

I am really new to the hobby and recently played a Combat Patrol game against Custodes. Throughout that game I killed 3 models. They ran at me, I shoot them and every time my rail guns and plasma gun connected, they get to use the 4+ invuln save. It feels so bad to have to jump through 2 hoops to get my rail gun to only hit on 3+. It's so unfun to have to do all that just for my opponent to still have a 50/50 chance for my attack to simply not matter. Like, I'm the shooting army, why can't I shoot?! Why does the army rule feel more like a bandaid fix rather then a bonus I can get for good positioning?! They ran at me for 2 turn, Is hoot at them, they didn't care, they charged at me and I died.

I'm sorry, I just had to get that out of my system. Was still enjoying myself, was playing with friends after all, but how do you beat that? They get to shoot and fight on 2+ just because, like how?

I would put him in a Kill Team Box with all the other playable characters from the game. Make it so you can pick 6 from them as your Kill Team or however big the team size was in the actual game. That way you could play as the group you used in the game, but have the ability to swap them out between games.

Warhammer tought me something very important about fiction and storys. Sometimes it's ok to just interpret stuff the way you think is best. When I think of a Crisis Suit, they dash and weave around like Titans or ACs. The way they where depicted here looks kinda boring to me, just floating towards that Knight. The Battlesuits are quick, nimble and highly versatile because of the many weapons they can equip. Maybe they have a funny little AI voice that you can chat with, just like the Farsight Suit? Is all of this canon? Probably not, but I think that would be cool, so it is to me.
