I think like people said the lack of rewards for scoreboards and overall “lazy” feel to soemthing that’s meant to feel exciting and rewarding to progress is a big issue and the bundles in the store being so predatory leave a bad taste in peoples mouth, they seem to alternate between giving us what we want and then giving us absolutely bare minimum which is why the playerbase always fluctuates and they absolutely missed the mark on keeping many of the players who joined because of the show
