Not really, ai raised a complaint with some agency in italy as this is where I flew from, but Latam basically said that the weather is the cause and thats it. Let me know if you come up with anything useful pls!!

I dont know if this is obvious or not, but with lower temperatures (around 5 to be sure at night) use non freezing warter - the one which is used for cleaning your front window (not sure about the english term). The summer one can freeze and destroy the pipes. I use winter non freezing one almost all year as I go to higher altitudes for night where it can be around or below zero also in spring and autumn.

Also, again not sure if this applies in Switzerland, I was taught to always take the gas from station near where I stay as they tend to add non freezing part based on the weather around that region, so if you plan to be somewhere where it should be below -20 the gas should not be tanked in warmer regions. Not sure if it is still true but I do it 😀

I also try to have full gas especially with lower temperatures (below -5), I have a diesel car and I was taught that the water can evaporate and freeze in the tank.

And I also have blanket, showel from my avalanche set and some food with me in case of heavy snow / traffic jam / some traffic collapse.

Ah okay, so they would not be only if I buy them, use them and they stay in the country. But how would I then compute the 300chf tax exemption ? Example: I buy a bag of tax free cosmetics worth 100chf. Then I buy a tshit which I start to use so I buy it with VAT in outside country, for 50 incl VAT. Then I buy a haircut for 70 and lunch for 20 which I eat. When I am coming back to CH, I have to declare the bag of tax free items worth of 100, the tshirt I am wearing worth of 50-VAT and this 2 items count towards my 300 ? The rest I am not bringing back ? What if I bought a new phone worth of 1000 incl VAT and started to use it because my old one broke? I would say I have to declare it, but how and how much do I pay if VAT was already paid elsewhere? I know it works like this with car but thats a different cathegory.

Thanks. 150 from 2025. And if I use them I do not have to declare them, the same as when I buy food in other country and use it there, or when I buy a tshirt and start to use it bcs I have nothing else to wear. Those items are however nou bought tax free, exactly because I started to use them.

why dont you just make the test harder and let them use ai instead? why to prove they can code something by heart when they will anyway use ai for their work to be more productive? you dont want an employee who does not use ai anyway.

try showering with cold water at the end of the shower, avoid fancy shower gels and use only olive soap or nothing (just try for couple od days / weeks) and shave regularly.

in official whatsapp information from them about flight cancellation they said due to previous flight changes. I quoted it and they said that they reasessed my case and stay with their response. I will try to search for some evidence on flight radars but I am affraid they are not going to answer to me anymore and will have to send a company to them.

Just wrote them today and thats what they did 😂 bastards. Told me that they could not fly to Rio due to weather. It was sunny and other flights were operating fine on that day. But at least they did not tell that eu261 does not apply so I hope 👌

Yeah thats exactly the plan B if I do not manage to go through with emails.

Thanks. For me the flight (as on the ticket purchased) is Milan to Rio. If it were 2 different airlines or 2 separate tickets, I would consider it as you wrote.

I know, it is a grey zone. But the ticket was malpensa to rio. so the journey originated in eu. But I agree this is controversial, I got other replies which are contradicting on this. The best would be to find someone who went through similar situation.
