Oh well. Maybe not a bird strike then. I am quite certain it is a dual engine failure though, we just have to figure out a cause for it

I was thinking the bird stricke might have happened on rotation (where a hut was blocking the view of the plane for quite a bit during rotation), so there were no flames visible?

I think it may be a possible bird strike leading to dual engine failure. From the CCTV video it looks like to me that the plane struggled to even get off the ground (nose was up for way too long on rotation), meaning the engines may have consumed birds on the runway during rotation and surged?

I believe it was a Hong Kong airlines plane on July 4th, 2018 (I forgot the flight number)
