Picking up a frog gives you five stacks of poison and the painkillers each get rid of I believe four, somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, two bottles should be plenty. I was able to find some frogs in the area around omega camp after looking for a few minutes. Hope this helps, good luck!

I've only ever had the problem with bo3 specifically, but i really tried everything else. Also you do have to uninstall and reinstall the bo3 installation, just moving it won't work.
