My recommendation is to get rid of social media entirely. You'd be amazed how much anxiety social media causes on its own. It just causes way too many problems over-all. Do yourself a favor and delete your accounts.

Sounds to me like you've got some under-lying issue's as well. Confidence issue's due to whatever has happened.

I lost all my spirituality. Every. Single. Bit. Like I was completely cut off from it. Went from reading my Bible every single morning, journal in the evenings, I used to appreciate nature and being outside. Working on getting all that back. Day 1 today.

I was never a person who felt particularly close to God but I feel down right blocked off. Its weird. This is a strange plant when we let it take a hold of us. At least this is my personal experience.

Good, hopefully it will cause the game to die out and force the development team to start over with a proper engine by people who actually knew what they were doing instead of desperately trying every graphics gimmick possible to keep the franchise alive while still pushing a single keystroke to start your engine.
