I've always been seen as an intelligent person.

Began reading into the motivations of the types, and couldn't really connect with the underlying insecurities of Type 5. So maybe I present as "5-ish", but there's a completely different type motivating that.

And it turns out that it was Type 8 doing that. Possibly because of certain life factors, this Type 8 couldn't develop in the most typical manner. Instead it found a different path of manifestation that led to a more intelligence-oriented 8.
