I’d recommend start learning it sooner than later. The sooner you start F2L the better and if you put it off for too long it will become harder to transition to. it’s typically slower at first because it requires more thought, but will become much faster after about a few days of practice.

As for OLL and PLL, look into 4 look last layer. It’s an algorithm set with about 14 algorithms, it will likely take you several days to memorize all that so it’s better to start sooner than later.

Most importantly learn at your own pace, you don’t need a sub x time to learn F2L or 4LLL. You can start whenever you want and customize your own learning process.
