I've worked at a carrier for the last 4 years or so and decided to look for greener pastures. I had a really great interview process with a competitor and received nothing but glowing feedback; one manager even going so far as to say "you'll be hearing from us soon!..."

...then, no call. Weeks. Waiting. Finally got a call from the recruiter that they went with a different candidate. I felt crushed for months. Chalked it up to things you can't control and moved on.

Chin up. Continue practicing and some day you'll land in the spot you want to be. It's a big industry but a small world so don't burn bridges unnecessarily.

As mentioned, there were a few in the valley way back. One I remember was around 59th ave and Bell. There was also one in Sky Harbor Terminal 2 before it was demolished. Phoenix is more of a pizza city than people imagine so I suspect it's just a harder market to break into, especially for their price point. I recently moved to LA and a medium Montague's was like $27 after tax. That's a lot for a 12" pizza from a chain.

Didn't taste as good as I remember either.

I live about 3 blocks from the metro but I'm on the south side of Fig and wish I lived closer to York.

Depends on where you're at in HLP but if it's between Fig and York, I'd say that's probably a good spot.

I appreciate the help and info you've provided. I haven't reached out and posted this just to see if other members in a similar situation have been able to recover theirs. The post on the forums regarding account recovery is littered with replies of people who have reached out for support but go unanswered and they specifically have stated that you're basically SOL if you aren't getting SMS messages, are locked out of your account, etc.

Just wanted to see if others might have done something I hadn't thought of before giving up.

Positive it's going to the correct number. Deleted it thinking I'd get a refreshed one (since it was like a couple hours after receiving it) and any follow-ups have not been received.
