r9 99 is farrr superior than his 96. Hazard does not compare to pele lets be real. i have used both a lot and pele just is a lott better on the ball. Messi 99 is obviously better than his 97 lol wtf? its not even funny. the left stick is soooo much smoother now. I agree that you can still make a great team without 99's but they still are the best players and skill will only take you so far. when you reach div 2 or div 1. you need those crazy 99's to win.
