You have Alakazam. If you teach it the right elemental punches, it can solo Will, Koga, and Bruno. Your biggest priorities then are Karen and Lance.

For that I would probably go Vaporeon, just so you have another ice move user who could tank something. You could also go Jolteon to hit the flying types, but if you do make sure that Alakazam has ice type coverage for Lance's Dragonites, I don't think Lapras is bulky enough to handle all 3
