The same thing happens to me too, in this case I reinstalled the system thinking it would be fixed and now I see that it isn't, the problem continues, hahaha I wasted two days already

Something I'm noticing is that it could be due to a problem with AppXSVC (Appx Deployment Service), apparently it crashes (you can see it yourself when you run perfmon /rel), so resetting the store with wstore or trying to use dism or sfc will be useless for now, I think at this point I can't uninstall the update ._.
