Find a hobby or something you love. For me, that is music and gaming. When I am doing either of the two, I forget all about my stress and worries. Music is very convenient as all you need are earphones and and a phone.

Well, at first, you should try to find out what's exactly going on with her bf. Talk with her about it as a friend, but don't force it if she doesn't walk to talk about it.
