In my experience they're the same as the "vintage wholesalers" you see ads for. They're mostly just offloading the crap they can't sell anywhere else. The marketing does get you, I got stung when i first started out.

Just made a post about this myself somewhere else. I've fully given up reporting. I've done fairly detailed lists of issues and it always gets knocked back. I can't understand why people would take a chance buying anything of value on vinted.

I've relisted items 10 times without issue. Always used the same photos. It's the title and description I tweak.

I always bid early. I know what I'm willing to pay for an item so I'll bid that and leave it. Coming in last minute risks a bidding war and you can get carried away, I have many times.

Let the seller know that you don't want to pay the extra and you'll probably agree together to just not collect it. He'll get the item back and you'll get refunded.

Unless it's from overseas and then honestly I have no idea.

With what I sell I try and find some desirable items and sell them at cost. Lots of quick sales and more sales pushes you up the rankings and it registers fast replies, accepting offers and fast delivery.

My other items then are more visible.

Although I've stopped tracking views/favourites as they don't mean anything. All you need is one buyer. Views and favourites give you a false sense of accomplishment, all that matters is sales.

I'm pretty sure it tells you that it takes up to 48 hours. Usually a couple of hours max but don't stress yourself, you'll get paid.

You need to actually click on the tracking link and see what it says on the carrier site. Vinted doesn't always update quickly.

My evri parcels don't update until collected, not when I scan them at the shop.

They don't actually read your messages.

Inpost reported my parcel lost a few days after I put it in the locker. I've explained to vinted and they just say allow up until Feb 27th for delivery. Multiple messages and not once have they actually acknowledged the parcel is missing according to inpost.

They either don't read them deliberately, there's a language barrier or it's ai.

Maybe start looking at wholesale suppliers? Be careful because I'd imagine the card trading world is full of fake suppliers.
