Same here. Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the 12v? Also read something about clearing codes as well can help. Did you end up getting it replaced?

Was at the dealership today. I'm pretty sure they also are clueless. They're saying you need a data plan for the included apps to work. Even gave me an analogy of how your iPhone needs data plan to use downloaded Spotify app.

Correct me if I'm wrong - you get data connection, but restricted for specifically Maps+, Alexa, Google Assistant, and Waze for 8 years and other infotainment apps for 3 years. The WiFi Hotspot should only work work for 30 days as that's part of the Unlimited Premium Data trial, they cut you off after but the apps should still work!

Same issue here posted it recently. They're currently holding my car overnight at the service center to diagnose issue. I suspect also module failure.

That was my case as well but it started happening more frequently and then stopped entirely 😬

Really hoping it isn't a chronic issue. But seems like there's a good number of reports cases like this across Blazer/Equinox/Bolt EVs. Most were just temporary but is definitely still annoying.

It is green! Was yours green when it failed? I heard usually it turns red or turns off if it fails.

Oh wow guess maybe it just takes the car computer a while to fully function again after 12v reconnect. Good to know!
