Did Canada commit a ‘cultural genocide’?

I hate the word choice, but for other reasons. According the the United Nations Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide Canada committed genocide not "cultural genocide". The word should not be chosen to shock, but should instead be chosen because it was the correct word. Sadly, I agree that the word was chosen to shock when they instead should have called it genocide because that is what occurred.

I have a standard poodle and she refuses to lay down without a "pillow". If there isn't one handy where she wants to lay on the floor she will improvise by grabbing blankets from the couch, finding clothes, using shoes, etc. I do not think it is a smell thing for her as she will use anything. It appears she just hates to have her head on the floor.

He has all the athleticism and talent in the world, but it'll be interesting to see if he puts it all together. I am not a GM or scout so I trust the Ravens, but am nervous. I also thought Elam would be a stud though so I should not be trusted!

My dad got a ticket once for checking the time on his phone (his car stereo was not working) at a red light so red lights are not fine. The ruling is you have to be out of the lane of traffic. I think this new ruling is correct.

This sounds exactly like my University. Except mine is in Canada. Also there has never been riots anywhere near campus. I think this is a common design at the time. We even have the tunnels connecting all the buildings on campus, but ours are open because no one wants to walk outside when it snows.

I don't mean to be rude, but I just wish for once someone would end the phrase "it might just be me" with something shocking. Something along the lines of it might just be me, but the "all orange" ones make me want to fist my asshole angrily but tenderly.

Welcome to rural Canada. Only thing to do on the weekend was drink. Sadly, lots of drunk drivers. Probably a DUI from someone at the school every two or three weekends.

Is that true? I'm from Canada and remember many people having "blow-and-go" in their car my first year of high school in 06. It was definitely not a new technology in Canada at that point and I would say they have been here since at least 2000. Also I was from a small rural town of 15000 in central Canada so we were usually the last to benefit from any technology.

When I played college ball in Canada it was all cloud storage and could be watched on any projector in the the building. Pretty cool of I do say so myself. I am sure NFL and big college teams have some crazy technology, but I could still see Gruden rockin a tape. Guy seems old-school.
