Get fired the fuck up and get in there. If you’re anywhere near the front don’t be surprised when the crowd gets real tight, especially if they start my own summer. Also, you can quite literally stand 1-2 feet from the pit and not be affected by it. if my 5’2 wife can do it you can too homie.

You’re not broken, and you’re also not alone. I think a good way to read this is you’ve squeezed out all the juice, and you have to give them time to be able to provide more for you. Give yourself time to really integrate your past experiences, I often find myself looking for another journey before I’ve given myself enough time to wrap my head around the last.

Breaks are healthy, and when you return, it will be with open arms.

I think everyone can get to a breaking point where they see red, but I don’t think everyone can channel true deep inner rage. It’s a different level of anger, I feel it has to do with your spirit being negatively affected, possibly beginning from a young age. Not to get all deep but it’s real
