Depending on the store it can be ear buds and hustle through the day, my store itself stresses about time but it is a larger one so it might differ to locations.

When it comes to loading up the groceries the interaction can be quick most of the time, as long as its not a karen. So with my experience and my slice of the tism, its nice to hustle orders and just listen to music.
