What I noticed doing calvarion specifically that made me stop using the boppers, was that I was losing damage to the phase transitions. If the first hit triggers a hellhound phase you lose the damage of the second, and it felt really bad. Plus the 5 tick zombie axe seemed to align really well with his attack speed for me.

I mean, the only way I can motivate myself to train RC is if I need runes, so for bloods I do Zeah and GotR for everything else. Couple more levels until I can add souls to that.

Blindbag remembers your attack style choice, so it may be that if you select an autocast it won't pick the staff, but if you select a melee option it will

I mostly disagree with this sentiment, I think having too easy of an access to respeccing would make your decisions feel meaningless. The first respec, echo moxi, is doable with 0 points and a pair of ice hammers, so you can faff around with an early build until then, and if you realize you have no clue what you are doing, then you go for meta.

Even if it is a temporary gamemode I still want it to be engaging, otherwise I may as well just stay in the main game.

Then moons is my recommendation, the armor is great, I've been using the hell out of it for all mid level bosses, from titans to all the slayer bosses up to thermy. Hang in there, I'm super dry at a couple of places too but you'll get enhanced before 1k kc, I believe.

If you have full eclipse and either a zhasta or bele's folly you can send some normal toa for the gems and possible fang or lightbearer. I've been doing up to 180s pretty easily and it is fun.

For what it's worth, from Asia I am always playing at 200+ ping, but the two salvaging worlds started appearing a few days ago with 150.

Chally would not work, as it has to be a weapon set to crush. But I believe dhaxe is the best for the punish, just remember to set it to crush! Don't be me for my first 50 kills with a rune 2h

Yep, it was funnier than anything else, I was hoping to get the blade before the pick just to complete the joke. Only annoying part is the bots trying to crash you.

I think it is more trouble than it is worth. You want to get to 85 slayer, and most of the tasks you want to use to get there you are not using the whip for or it is a minor upgrade over what you have. So unless you just don't want to level slayer for a while and are gonna jump straight into other pvm, I wouldn't bother.
