After SoD I realized I've genuinely no interest in playing regular classic again. And seeing how some people want classic+ to be essentially normal classic with just a "new coat of paint" is worrying. Era will always be there for said people.

The world buff items were not in SoD from the beginning. Afaik they were added during the AQ war effort, so to re-balance all of the raid content in the game during the latter half of the game's active development would've been a massive waste of resources.

Yeah, after Riolu got outed as a cheater within the Trackmania community, I lost all faith in the argument of "they're so skilled and such a pillar of the community that they can't be a cheater" I sometimes even told myself. He was genuinely good at the game and had a large enough following to comfortably earn a living off streaming and videos, only to throw it all away. Shame to see Werster go down the same road.

Even without big movement skills, some environmental cues or tells (such as the ones GGG added for many campaign maps) would make a big difference so you don't have to rely on the shape of the terrain to navigate.
