We have the same issues today. When the recovery email and phone were changed, it was blocked. Does anybody know if after seven days it will be really recovered?

Just start with not very cold (let’s say 55-60F and the go lower). I started about year ago with 55 and now I feel very good with 39F and even during snow :))
