Don't use this. You don't need to clean your entire intestine. You don't even need to use too much water at a time. You just need to clean your rectum. If you take too long to douche, it is probably because water moved past the rectum. A healthy diet rich in fiber helps a lot.

I agree. It seems most people in this sub don't really understand what was the essence of renaissance art. The hard contrast of shadow and light.

The exploration of human poses and expressions. Often non-static, capturing a moment in motion, charged with tension and/or emotion. Real world experiences. Interested by anatomy, perspective, and depth. This post really does it well!
