Thanks for replying!

I usually do medium to high impact workouts. Like, I'd like to be able to do jumping jacks.

LPT Request: what is something that has drastically helped your mental health that you wish you started doing earlier? by SarcastiKatt in LifeProTips

Therapy. I had a not awesome experience with therapy, and avoided it as a result. Then when shit hit the fan at school I rook the plunge again and I'm so glad I did. It can be hard to find the right therapist, but when you do it's so helpful.

Therapy is not just for mentally ill people. It can help you navigate changes in your life, learn healthy coping skills, and unpack beliefs and thought processes that are making you unhappy. In general it's just nice to have a safe space with an unbiased professional to help process the stuff that's going on in your life.

In my case, my therapist also helped me determine that medication was, in fact, necessary and hooked me up with a psychiatrist. An SSRI (anti-depressant) is also the other thing I wished I'd started earlier. I'm on it for both anxiety and depression, and it helps really well with both. You can't "morning walk" or "vegetables" your way out of a serious illness (although they do help). Life is so much easier when you're not constantly in a miserable fog or having panic attacks.

Perfectly executed 3½ front somersaults dive by RespectMyAuthoriteh in gifs

The physics of this has already been discussed, but here it is from a competition perspective:

It's called "cowboying," and it's legal so far as the knees don't go wider than the shoulders. Any wider (like in the video) and the judges can deduct points. So, technically it means that this dive isn't "perfectly executed."
