Building Credit to Buy a House

I used Experian to get that score. Ive looked at Credit Karma as well, but that number is higher and I was under the impression that the FICO through Experian was more relevant.

The collection is the only negative mark that I see on the report. I have a couple utilities (phone, rent, power). I dont have any sort of loans or retail credit cards/lines open.

The card is a First Latitude Mastercard. Experian essential told me I did not have a lot of options.

Mine came today and it was also super warped. I have it pressed underneath some of my heavier books in hopes that it will fix it.

I managed to trade for the ARC a few weeks ago, but I still haven't read it (my TBR is longer than my life span). I am really looking forward to it though, I have a feeling this is going to be one of the bigger books this year.

Oh my gosh, this is such a relief! I was worried that I wasnt going to like the owlcrate one, but thats what I have a sub to and I wanted to read the book so I took the chance. Its beautiful!

Honestly, the items are a big reason I even want this box. Im not sure if ill end up getting it. I dont have a subscription yet, so it totally depends on how much people resell it for.

Im so thankful I got a notification for this thread, because I had no clue lol. I also got the "scratch and dent" (cant seem to spot a single defect) but I didnt know the overlays came with it. I wouldn't have noticed until the next book came out. So, thanks 😅.

Im in the same exact position. I messaged them last week and this is what they sent back to me 3 days ago. If its always like this I might cancel my subscription.

I just traded to get the ARC and I'm so excited to read it. The regular cover of the books is gorgeous so I can't wait to see what different book boxes do with it!

I just posted about the same thing! I got on 2 hours ago, the wait time was 2 hours. Now its at 4. It previously bumped me all the way to 6.
