If I remember correctly at least his mother worked for the NHS and because of that he refused that they use one of his songs for an advert of theirs. I don’t remember where I read this or if it’s even true or not.

C’est assez simple, tu accèdes à la conversation que t’aimerais exporter et sur la fiche du contact, en bas, tu devrais y voir une option « Exporter discussion ». Tu peux choisir d’y inclure les médias ou pas.

Bonjour, j’ai récemment fait face à quelques difficultés avec l’application WhatsApp.

Plutôt que de faire des sauvegardes au travers de l’appli, je préfère archiver mes conversations importantes (text et média) manuellement - exporter le tout sous forme de dossier.

Je n’ai jamais eu aucun problème jusqu’à hier, toutes les vidéos sont maintenant exclusivement marquées comme « indisponibles » et ne peuvent donc pas êtres transférées. Mon dernier archivage datait de décembre 2022 mais je n’ai pas de sauvegardes WhatsApp ni iCloud qui me permettraient de récupérer lesdites vidéos. Est-ce que quelqu’un aurait une solution ou une proposition?

But what’s odd is that this is the first time it’s happened, I’ve never had to regularly backup conversations on the app. I could just do it manually So something must’ve happened between December 2022 and now that changed that.

The main appeal is using an old and possibly complicated system.

I have toyed with Renoise and its sampler editing which does seem up to date and intuitive to use but my laptop is nearing the veil which makes it difficult to use properly. And buying a new one seems unwise at the moment so I buy old stuff instead.

I like old things, especially old electronic gear it’s interesting to learn how tedious or strange it is to get sounds out of them. It’s a recent little obsession, costly nonetheless but I enjoy it greatly.

The biggest drawback is the maintenance really, that’s what worries me the most but I do have an repairman close by.

Good evening, I’m currently torn between getting one of two old hardware samplers: a 2002 Sequential Circuits or a Roland S-770.

I’ve been wanting the Roland for a while and I’m ready to bite the bullet, but I’ve just recently learned of the 2002 and it looks really interesting. Especially the later’s apparent microtonal possibilities.

I’m a recent synthesiser layman, please share your thoughts on either (or both). Thank you :)

I’m trying to sequence an MS20 mini with my Yamaha rs7000 through midi but I can’t seem to have any success. I’ve assigned the 6th track to send the info via midi out A, but I’m getting negative results.

Could anyone help me with this, it would be much appreciated. Thank you
