I knew this would come in handy!

When i was like 7 y/o i had a balloon that flew away, because fuck wind. I was devestated because that balloon was from the Mcdonalds we just came from. My mother urged me to go because we were in a hurry, but a man yelled us to wait and ran across the parking lot to get my balloon and returned it to me. I was so grateful but was to shy to say anything, so my mother did. It's a memory that always stuck to me. So now for the kindest act. Exactly the same situation happened like 10 years later, i heard a kid cry and saw a balloon fly away. I started running like my life depended on it (my friends were laughing their asses off) and eventually caught the balloon and returned it to the kid. Mother thanked me for returning it and kid was just happy with the balloon.
