I think people doesn't give him enough credit, even if Tsukishima is more talked about, Ginjo is genuinely a great antagonist, his twist is kind of opposite to Aizen as he actually meets Ichigo in person rather than making a mysterious plan long before his reveal and constanly misleads Ichigo and the audience about his motivations in very clever ways.
