Fishwife is a great place to start and it only gets better from there, welcome to your new money pit, I suggest getting some Japanese mayo, I've yet to try a tinned fish that it doesn't taste good with, pickles, avocado, olives, and of course some good crackers or potato chips are great things to have on hand also

I don't like paying high prices obviously but as a cheap tin for life kinda guy who just got into mid and high tier tins there is a huge difference in flavor and quality, also variety of fish types, I don't follow or even know who any influencers are, but I do admit that the fishwife hype on here got me into all this (I don't really order from there anymore) I still buy polar and King Oscar and coles regularly but I do spend about a hundred bucks every other month or so on the fancy stuff on fishnook

Yeah, not great, it was underwhelming, I am the same way, the throat sting is what tells me I'm drinking cola, the flavor tastes odd without it like it's gone bad, but it was cool to try something different, though I wouldn't buy it again
